What on Earth are you talking about!? Fascism is one of the most rigidly defined political philosophies in history, and absolutely has foundational literature. Giovanni Gentile is called the Father of Fascism because he literally wrote the book on it titled 𝘖𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘰𝘤𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘍𝘢𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘮 published in 1929. It was a solidification of his remarks on Marxism from his earlier work 𝘗𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘹 published in 1899. He also was the Ghost Writer of Benito Mussolini's 𝘈 𝘋𝘰𝘤𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘍𝘢𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘮 published in 1932.

In all incarnations it is the same and defined in absolute unambiguous terms, due in large part since it is the creation of one single man. For a government to qualify as Fascist it must adhere to all five pillars of Fascism. If even one pillar is missing, then it is not Fascist, pure and simple. The five pillars are as follows:

1. Creation of a "New Man" for a "Modern Era". All customs and traditions should be purged and substitutes provided by the state so that the New Man can seamlessly integrate with the New World. The New Man will regularly be altered by the State to adapt to the needs of the changing world.
2. Single Party Rule. All power centralized under an almighty state institution. Personal enfranchisement and choice diminish the power of the state and are barred as a result.
3. Progressive. History only moves forward, the state defines the course of society for the betterment of the collective. The purpose of the state is to preserve the collective, and the method is by increasing the power of the state, industrially, scientifically, and militarily. The state must direct the evolution of everything or the collective will become stagnant or backward, and the collective will die. All actions made by the state are defacto moral, since only the state can define morality.
4. Uniformity (The one and only aspect you deigned to mention). Ideological diversity is anathema, counter-revolutionary, reactionary, and evil. Independence and questioning doctrine is treason.
5. Absolution. Everything within the State, nothing without it. There is no private institutions, no private property, no individual liberty, and no worship of idols or Gods. The State and it's systems and bureaucracies are the sole object of worship for the New Man.

I understand that the term is difficult to research because there is so much contemporary efforts to bury this, but once you slip past the frankly meager efforts to censor these basic facts - the whole house of cards tumbles. Yes the term is wildly misused, deliberately by people that don't want you to know what they are actually advocating for, but that doesn't change the definition. The intentional misuse of the term also doesn't change history either. This is an opportunity for you to help disabuse people of the propaganda meant to obscure these basic facts. Take this video down, and make a new one with some proper research this time.

Also for the 80 billionth time, Fascism isn't a right wing ideology. The whole left right dynamic comes from the French Revolution, where the collectivist atheist socialist Jacobines literally sat on the left side of the legislature. The left right divide is purely down to whether man has ultimate authority or the divine does. The left exists in opposition to the divine right of kings as the foundational axiom of Monarchies or of the supremacy of God(s) in Theocracies (Actual far right governmental institutions). The reason why Fascism and Socialism seem nearly identical to one another isn't because of some ridiculous concept like the political horseshoe, its because they are synonyms. Also, no - just because Socialist and Fascist governments have declared war on one another doesn't mean they are opposite ideologies. That's an absurd line of reasoning. Monarchies have declared war on monarchies, socialist states on socialist state, fascist states on fascist states, democracies on democracies, and so on - that doesn't mean these power struggles between these governments rendered their governmental ideologies opposites.
